PRODUCTS
Jute Twine
Jute twine is a 100% biodegradable and pollution free natural jute packaging material. It is a twisted natural fiber used in packaging, craft, gardening, critical house hold applications. Because of its softness and good tying qualities jute twine is a great packaging material for all items.
We manufacture jute twine as per your specification and need. Our Jute twine manufacturing factory is equipped with most modern equipment using advanced technology.
Hessian Cloth
It is used to wrap the exposed roots of trees and shrubs when transplanting and also for erosion control on steep slopes. One major advantage of hessian jute fabric is that, because it is made entirely from natural vegetable fibers, it is completely biodegradable.
Hessian, a dense woven fabric, has historically been produced as a coarse fabric, but more recently it is being used in a refined state known simply as jute as an eco-friendly material for bags, rugs and other products.
The name "hessian" is attributed to the historic use of the fabric as part of the uniform of soldiers from the former Landgraviate of Hesse and its successors, including the current German state of Hesse, who were called "Hessians".
Gunny Bags
A burlap sack or gunny sack, also known as a gunny shoe or tow sack, is an inexpensive bag, traditionally made of hessian fabric (burlap) formed from jute, hemp, or other natural fibers. Modern day versions of these sacks are often made from man-made (synthetic) fabrics such as polypropylene.
The word gunny, meaning coarse fabric, derives from an Indo-Aryan word. Reusable gunny sacks, typically holding about 50 kg, were traditionally, and to some extent still are, used for transporting grains, potatoes and other agricultural products.
